FAQ
Is my data stored in the cloud?
No, AuthGuard stores all your secret keys and account names exclusively in your browser's local storage. Your data never leaves your device.
How do I backup my accounts?
Since data is local, we recommend manually backing up your secret keys. You can view and copy them from the 'Edit' modal for each account.
What if I lose my device or clear my browser data?
Clearing browser data will delete your saved accounts. If you lose your device, you'll need to re-add your accounts using their original secret keys from the respective services.
